Shipping & Order
When will I receive my order?
Once payment is fulfilled, our team prepares your order and it will be sent to the post office. The whole process usually takes 10-15 working days in normal post activity.
How can I track my order?
The best way to track your order is to use the online service of your national post office. They will provide the most accurate and updated information.
How much cost the delivery?
The standard delivery is free at the moment. No minimum amount of order is required. This service may change in the nearest future without prior notice.
I didn’t receive all the products I ordered
If your order includes several products, they can be sent separately, this is according to the stock quantity and the factory from where the product is sent. Do not worry the other product are in their way.
I didn’t receive my order
If the post office is unable to locate your order, it may be lost.
Our Secured shipping with tracking number will get you covered at this point. We take care of the problem for you and will fill the claim with the postal service. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We assume the responsibility and will send asap the same product at our own expenses.

Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order before it is marked as “processing”
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, but in the case the order is already under preparation, the cancellation is 40% of the order value.

Can I return my product?
We accept returns if the product you received is defective.
We operate strict quality controls on the products available on our store, but if you find a problem with your order, please immediately take pictures of the product with its original packaging and send those evidence to email@example.com with the name used to place your order and the number of this order. We can accept the return only if we notice the evident default and if the product is never used, worn and in the same exact condition as you received it.
My order is too small or too big
All our products have a size chart on the description or pictured in the gallery on the description to help our customers choose the correct size for them. According to that, the customer is responsible if he didn’t choose the correct size.

How can I order?
The process is quite easy, just browse the site and find the product you like and click on the picture. Or “add to cart” or “select options” to choose your size and your preferred color.
Now you can choose other products and you will find your cart on the top right corner of the product page or the small cart icon on the header.
We recommend making an account to get things easier.
Can I use different coupons for my order?
Usually, we accept only to use 1 coupon per order.
I receive an import tax
Aliens Nation sends orders worldwide, some countries may have different tax duty regulations and we try our best to avoid our customers ending to pay import tax. If it happens we can’t be held responsible.
